This past weekend my boyfriend Garrett and I went to Chattanooga and I want to share some of the things we did!

The first thing we did was write a cute note on our car with our cashapp to see if people would donate to our trip! We didn't get that much money, but we got tons of waves on the interstate!

When we first got to Chattanooga we went straight to Lookout Mountain! At Lookout Mountain you can ride an Incline Railway Bus us the mountain as you learn about the history and sightsee. You can get a tour of the Ruby Fall Caves or hanglide or zipline; or what we chose to do, you can go to Rock City Gardens! Rock City Gardens has geodes and crystals and gardens neatly arranged as you walk to the top of the mountain and back down the otherside. You are able to walk at your own pace and there are different sites to see such as lovers leap where the waterfall is, or fat mans squeeze where you walk between rocks the size of buildings that are almost touching, and they even have a fairytale land exhibiting many german folklore and stories we grew up on! I found lovers leap to be beautiful and there wasn't anyone better to go with than Garrett!

We ate at Sticky Fingers, a well known place for bbq, you may recognize their bottled sauces at your local grocery store! I would rate the restaurant a 7/10. The atmosphere was great, and the food was overall good but their mac n cheese was a huge let down.

The Aquarium!! The Chattanooga Aquarium is one of the best and if you haven't been I highly recommend it! They have everything from river, lake, deep ocean exhibits, and they even have a butterfly biosphere. Unfortunately due to covid-19 the butterfly exhibit was closed!

Downtown! In the heart of downtown is many shops and restaurants and the aquarium is here too! We went to Rocket Fizz, the Moon Pie store, I Go Tokyo, Tai Chi Bubble Tea, and so much more!

Duck Donuts!! As a lover for sweets and a previous supervisor for a donut shop, this place is awesome! They make the dough fresh to order and you can make any combination of flavors from their toppings! Also right next door is the Spice and Tea Exchange, if you are a lover of loose leaf tea like Garrett and I are it is a must see. We ended up buying over $100 in tea and chicken spices, whoops!

The Walnut Street Bridge is also a must see! This bridge is a pretty blue and overlooks the river, I would recommend getting some ice cream and taking in the view!

Last but not least, my favorite place that we ate was a Cuban restaurant called Embargo 62! This restaurant had a beautiful out door seating and really nice staff, not mention the food was divine!
